What we do

Our facilities meet the need for production agility and capacity flexing, with adaptable solutions that can be expanded, repurposed and redeployed depending on demand.
We deliver pre-designed, tested and validated solutions for both purchase and rental, providing ultimate flexibility and surety of quality. Our buildings utilise the same materials as traditional buildings but we use them in a smarter way. For example, we can pour concrete floors in the factory further reducing time spent on site.
Permanent Solutions
We specialise in turnkey design and build solutions for the pharmaceutical sector, managing projects from conception, through design to completion. Our volumetric modular solutions represent a time-efficient, quality controlled and environmentally sound method of construction.

Each module is manufactured in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and is up to 70% complete before being transported to site, resulting in minimised disruption to live operations and reduced time spent on site.

We offer a range of high-quality, adaptable modular solutions for rental & sale. If you have an urgent requirement, a semi-permanent solution can prove to be the most efficient solution.
