Customer Perspective
Requirement for a Grade A office space to accommodate their administration staff following the relocation from the Kings Hall, Belfast. From the earliest stages of engagement with Royal Ulster Agricultural Society it was apparent they required a Grade A office facility to help improve staff morale after previous accommodation problems.
Project Summary
After 6 weeks on site the 205m2 modular building reached practical completion with the assembly and installation of 5 steel framed modules onto a prepared site. The high quality modular building is to accommodate all staff who deal with various events that take place at Balmoral Park and thus internal fit out colour scheme was designed to match corporate branding.
Project Challenges
Due to many different opinions in the client team our expert team incorporated all the design requests to create a Virtual Reality (VR) model. This allowed all the stakeholders to walk around their building before it was even manufactured and installed. The VR model enabled decisions to be reached much quicker regarding colour’s, fixtures and fittings.
The Offsite Solution
Without the use of our award winning and pioneering VR technology to create a detailed model, including colours, fixtures and fittings, the high level of satisfaction achieved for this Grade A modular building would not have been possible.
