The Starcross sports and community pavilion which was delivered by McAvoy earlier this year was officially opened by former Exeter City player Ben Watson last weekend.
The facility, which is being used by sports clubs and community groups, replaces the original 1930s wooden pavilion which was destroyed in an arson attack almost four years ago.
A fun day was held to mark the official opening and those in attendance got to see all that the building has to offer the community.
