Our Oasis Academy Spring Street project exemplifies our commitment to creating inspiring and functional learning environments. The innovative use of volumetric technology has resulted in a state-of-the-art educational facility that offers enhanced learning environments, energy efficiency, and sustainability. This project stands as a benchmark for future temporary educational buildings, demonstrating the potential of modular construction to transform the sector.
Our Antrim Area Hospital project involved the creation of modern, purpose-built wards designed to improve patient care and staff working conditions. The use of offsite construction reduced lead times and site disruption, integrating VR and AR for better communication and efficiency. Over 70% of the work was completed offsite. McAvoy’s reusable, high-quality, and sustainable SmartCare® modular solution met the Trust’s needs quickly and effectively, reinforcing McAvoy’s reputation in the healthcare sector.
