Construction of the new Danetree Primary School in Epsom, Surrey is continuing to progress well, with the new two-storey school on schedule to be ready April 2017.
The McAvoy Group are principal contractor on the project, being delivered for Surrey County Council. Production on the new school building began in September 2016, which will be ready in just 7 months.
The project comprises a new two storey 2FE classroom block to convert Danetree Junior School from a 4 FE junior school (7-11 years) to a 4 FE primary school (5-11 years). The scope of works include demolition, groundworks, associated landscaping and provision of additional car parking spaces.
